California Privacy Rights
California residents may have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the ability to request access to or deletion of personal information and to opt out of certain sales or sharing of that information.
You may submit a CCPA request by completing the form at the bottom of this page or by calling us at (888) 614-5414. After receiving your request, we may ask for more information if the details provided are not enough to verify your identity. A request for specific pieces of personal information may also require a signed identity declaration.
We process verified access, deletion, and opt-out requests within the time allowed by applicable law. If additional time is reasonably required, we will notify you and explain the reason for the extension.
If you are acting as an authorized agent, please provide written permission from the consumer or a valid power of attorney authorizing you to submit the request. Supporting authorization may be emailed to info@finalexpenseadvisors.net after the form is submitted. We may contact the agent or consumer to confirm the authorization.
